Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Manage and strengthen relationships with commercial insurance clients.
• Service commercial property and casualty accounts, including general liability and commercial auto.
• Coordinate policy renewals, remarketing, and carrier submissions.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and assist with additional insured endorsements.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to explore coverage options and resolve client needs.
• Respond to policy questions, coverage changes, and service requests with professionalism and care.
• Help businesses feel confident that their insurance needs are being handled effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial lines insurance servicing or account management experience.
• Familiarity with commercial general liability, commercial auto, and related business insurance coverage.
• Experience with policy renewals, certificates of insurance, or carrier submissions is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with contractor or manufacturing accounts is a plus.
