Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor in the UAE. This is a key role responsible for driving commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring the successful financial delivery of major construction projects. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all commercial functions including contracts, procurement, and cost control - Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability - Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and dispute resolution - Identify and mitigate commercial risks across the project lifecycle - Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Work closely with project teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within a main contracting environment in the GCC. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
