About the role
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent commercial skills to join our Commercial Management team within the BBVA branch network in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with our clients, as well as managing and expanding our account portfolio. You will have the opportunity to apply your sales, negotiation, and professional advisory skills to offer tailored solutions to our clients, driving the growth and profitability of our branch network.

Requirements
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and satisfy customer needs, as well as to close deals effectively.
Customer Relations: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain solid and lasting relationships with our customers.
Negotiation with Large Retailers: Experience in negotiating and developing commercial agreements with large companies and organizations.
Commercial Management: Solid knowledge in the areas of account acquisition, promotion, and marketing, as well as in the management and monitoring of commercial objectives.
Work by Objectives: Ability to work autonomously and focused on the achievement of objectives, with a results-oriented mindset.
Business Communications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and convincingly.
