This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of one of the most complex and critical transformation in the business. You’ll partner with senior leaders across our Corporate & Technology functions, bringing sharp financial insight and commercial thinking to drive performance, optimise cost, investments and unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance and efficiency across Corporate & Technology operations.
Deliver deep insights into Commercial, Customer Service, Technology and other corporate functions.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance review processes across the portfolio.
Develop robust financial models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
Lead the establishment of commercial arrangement across business units.
Manage the investment governance process for the Parcels division, developing and maintaining robust financial models, scenario analysis and benefits tracking.
Identify risks, opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives across the portfolio.
Influence decision-making through clear, data-driven reporting and commercial insights.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and analytical capability.
What You’ll Bring
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) with strong experience in commercial or operational finance.
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience in forecasting, budgeting, performance management and financial modelling.
Deep understanding of operational drivers for corporate functions and Investment Portfolio Management.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like Power BI, TM1 or ERP systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to challenge and influence outcomes.
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and value creation.
