Commercial Manager

About the role

At Caja Rural we are looking for an administrative-commercial professional for our Madrid office to cover maternity leave, with a desire to grow professionally, who enjoys direct customer interaction and feels passion for commercial work.

For us, this position is key to the development of our entity, as it represents the first contact with our customers and is fundamental to continue fulfilling our values and commitment to society.

The essential responsibility is to be the first point of contact for customers. Your work consists not only of processing transactions, but also of ensuring that interactions are efficient, secure, and satisfactory.

What you'll do

• • Advising on and marketing financial products and services oriented toward meeting commercial objectives.
  • Specialized advice on savings and investment products.
  • Anticipation and proactivity regarding the current and future needs of clients.
  • Processing of banking transactions: deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with speed and precision.
  • Customer service and resolution of inquiries, offering agile and effective solutions.
  • Identity verification and fraud prevention in all operations.
  • Cash management and reconciliation, ensuring cash balancing and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Promotion of financial products and services suited to the client's profile.
  • Handling of complaints and problem resolution to maintain client trust.
  • Regulatory compliance and security policies, including money laundering prevention.
  • Teamwork to achieve common objectives and promote good commercial practices.
  • Offering excellent customer service, aligned with the new business model.
  • Participation in training and continuous improvement programs.

Caja Rural Jaén

Caja Rural de Jaén is a credit institution founded in 1957. It is a member of the Spanish Association of Rural Banks, forming the Caja Rural Group along with 29 other entities. Requirements

• To hold a university degree (Law, Business Administration, or similar)

Additional requirements

• Possession of MIFID II, LCCI certifications and/or training in Insurance Law will be valued.
• Previous experience in the banking sector will be positively valued
