Responsibilities

Lead all commercial and financial matters for MEP projects, covering pre- and post-contract management.
Review tenders, negotiate contracts, manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondences.
Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Manage main contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring proper risk control and alignment.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, cost forecasts, progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts.
Implement cost control and value engineering initiatives to improve project margins.
Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and financial risks across projects.
Support audits, insurance matters, dispute resolution, and adjudication processes when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, PDPA, no-gift policy, and business code of conduct.

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10–15 years of commercial management experience in the M&E industry, preferably within Singapore.
Strong knowledge of Singapore standard contracts, including PSSCOC and SIA contracts.
