Commercial Manager part-time 25 hours PERMANENT (M/F/X) Sabadell Are you an expert in the Commercial area of the Banking Sector? Are you interested in a position that offers professional development opportunities? 🚀 From Manpower Business Professional, we are selecting, for an important company in the banking sector in Spain, a Commercial Manager for ING Bank - PART TIME - PERMANENT - In Sabadell (M/F/X). You will offer the client exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door until they are served, and you will be responsible for detecting sales opportunities, generating leads for the rest of the commercial team.✨ In your day-to-day: 1. Informing clients or prospects about our product offering so that they may choose those that best suit their financial needs. Proactively seeking cross-selling opportunities based on said needs. Fulfillment of the set commercial objectives (Commercial Action). 2. Providing solutions to the problems raised or operations requested in the most efficient and satisfactory manner, always seeking high standards in Customer experience. 3. Executing those operations or actions required by the client in accordance with existing procedures, internal audit, and security rules (Execution of Procedures and Operations). 4. Demonstrating knowledge of the bank's products and campaigns, as well as the market and competition. Knowing the functioning and operation of other bank channels with which there is a direct relationship (Knowledge and Training) 5. Sharing with their manager, and the channel, all relevant information regarding clients or processes that may be gathered during the performance of their customer service work to help improve the bank. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Graduate/Diploma/Module (Law, Economics, Business Administration) Official MIFID+ certification, LCCI and INSURANCE Commercial vocation: Knowledge of banking products, services, and operations and sales techniques Experience in customer service Excellent communicator, dynamic, versatile, and resourceful We offer you Permanent Contract Part-time 25 hours, Permanent Contract directly with the client.
