Summary
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Data Center Solutions, you will primarily be responsible for building and leading the Company’s proposals and solutions engineering function, beginning with the Data Centers business and expanding to support the broader Power Systems group. In this role, you will shape how we translate customer needs into technically sound solutions, establishing the people, processes and standards that will help us win and deliver larger, more complex projects.
Physical Demands

Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including typing
- The ability to hear and speak effectively (i.e. over the phone, in person, or video conference)
- Criminal background check, motor vehicle record, pre-employment drug screen, and references are required
- Three weeks of paid vacation after 90 days (first year is pro-rated based on start date)
