Flexco is seeking a Commercial Manager SLATAM to lead commercial strategy and drive business growth across Chile, Peru, and Argentina.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Lead, develop, and coach high-performing commercial teams.
Manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning activities.
Strengthen relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and business partners.
Drive commercial excellence through disciplined execution and a results-oriented approach.
Collaborate with key business functions to achieve regional objectives.

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial experience within industrial B2B organizations.
Proven experience leading commercial teams.
Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning.
Availability to travel across the region and internationally.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
