Commercial Marketing Manager - Projects
About the role
We are hiring a person who will be responsible for leading commercial marketing projects and campaigns such as revenue generating projects and partnerships. You will be responsible for ensuring key integration of marketing campaigns at global level.
Other operational duties would include:
- Manage the team responsible for commercial marketing activities and campaigns to support Trade and B2C segments such as Sponsorships, Digital, Loyalty, Ancillary, P2P, Cargo
- Build marketing strategy and budget for marketing unit being led
- Ownership and optimization of key marketing software platforms that enable collaborative work, management approvals, marketing orchestration, and budget governance - leading projects with IT, Finance, Procurement, Digital and/or other departments to create workflows and automation of process.
- This includes ownership of the external relationship with vendors and partners.
- Seek new revenue generating opportunities, support brand, tactical and commercial goals and KPIs
- Execution of marketing plans and campaigns, delivery of global and regional campaigns related to assigned scope
- Manage roll out of allocated campaigns on time, accurately and within budget, and ensure ROI is achieved and post evaluation is conducted.
- Support the continual refinement of marketing plans to ensure the best results and successful execution across regions and segments assigned throughout the financial year versus Commercial Targets.
- Work closely with other teams to maintain a comprehensive market / product and consumer knowledge, and ensure all communications are grounded in customer insight
- Communication with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all respective marketing campaigns for selected markets are fully integrated across the business. This includes wider commercial global and regional Marketing teams, Corporate Communication, Sponsorships, Digital, Customer Experience, International Sales, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Cargo
