Commercial Networking Global Product Marketing Specialist

Description

工作說明

We're the marketing team behind our Commercial Networking business — the gear that keeps businesses, campuses, and cities connected. This is a high-ownership role: you'll help shape how we go to market, not just execute against someone else's playbook. One day you're shaping marketing direction and strategy; the next you're on set for a video shoot, briefing a designer, or running a webinar. If you want a role that stretches from big-picture thinking all the way down to hands-on execution, this is it.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY OWN
1. Own the strategy, then make it scale — set marketing direction for our Commercial Networking business, then build the playbook, messaging, and toolkit that territory marketing teams take and run with, market by market.
2. Be the glue that makes global launches actually happen — sync product, sales, and regional marketing so every market gets the same story, on the same timeline, and you come away understanding how the whole business really runs.
3. Own the big stage — steer our presence at major global trade shows and large-scale in-person events, working closely with territory teams on the ground.
4. Lead creative from blank page to final asset — briefing designers, directing video shoots, and shipping product pages, videos, brochures, banners, and social content that don't look like everyone else's.
5. Work with names that actually move the needle — collaborate directly with tier-1 global KOLs and media to get our story in front of the right audience, worldwide.
6. Prove it with numbers — track KPIs and ROI, and use what you learn to make the next campaign sharper than the last.

需求條件

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
1. You have 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience — product marketing, channel marketing, event/exhibition curation, or agency-side work (PR or creative agency background is a big plus).
2. You've run real B2B campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads and can talk numbers, not just "vibes."
3. You're bilingual in Chinese and English (TOEIC 850+ / IELTS 7.0+), and comfortable being the voice of a global brand in either language.
4. You've got real B2B marketing chops — commercial networking or IoT knowledge is a nice-to-have, not a must. We can teach you the tech; marketing instinct is the harder thing to teach.
5. You can juggle five things at once without dropping any of them, and you'd rather fix a problem than just flag it.
6. You've got taste and know how to sell it — creative-driven, detail-obsessed, and just as sharp pitching a strategy in a room as you are polishing a banner ad.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
1. Real influence, real fast — this is a high-ownership role where you help shape strategy, not just execute against a playbook someone else already wrote.
2. One role, the whole stack — global strategy, visual design, video production, campaign execution, webinars, offline events... you'll get real exposure to all of it, not just one slice.
3. Genuine cross-border collaboration — work directly with teams and partners across regions, not just a long email thread.
4. Global stage, real ownership — your campaigns reach international markets, not just a regional pilot.
5. Work directly with Product Manager, Sales, and local marketing — you'll learn how a global business actually runs, fast.
6. A brand people recognize — your work won't sit in a drawer; it ships to customers around the world.
