Commercial Office Furniture Designer

We are a US-based wholesale distributor of commercial office furniture, serving office-furniture dealers across the United States, seeking an entry-level Commercial Office Furniture Designer to join our design team in a fully remote, dedicated offshore role. In this position, you will translate project requirements into accurate 2D furniture plans and 3D renderings, working closely with our US-based sales team and clients on commercial space planning and product selection.

This role supports a high-volume design queue with a confirmed 48-hour project turnaround target, so we're looking for someone who can manage a fast-moving pipeline independently while maintaining accuracy.



Key Responsibilities

• Work with sales team members and clients to understand project scope, budget, and the furniture and equipment to be installed.
• Develop accurate 2D furniture plans and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and CET.Advise on space planning, color schemes, accessibility requirements, and applicable ADA codes.
• Select office-furniture products that align with each client's functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate design intent with architectural and electrical plans.
• Maintain organized project files and keep the design-queue worksheet current as new requests come in.
• Complete design projects within the required 48-hour turnaround window, subject to project complexity and complete source information.
• Review drawings and renderings for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Communicate clearly with sales team members and clients to resolve missing information and keep projects moving.
