What you'll do

Campaigns and promotions

  • Plan and deliver promotional campaigns across the platform — seasonal events, festivals, category pushes, voucher and discount programs.

  • Set campaigns up end to end: mechanics, merchant participation, platform configuration, timing, and launch.

  • Recruit restaurant partners into campaigns and make sure they're set up properly before go-live.

  • Monitor campaigns while they're running and adjust when something isn't working.

Data and performance

  • Track how campaigns and partners are performing — orders, participation, redemption, sales uplift, ROI.

  • Pull and analyse the numbers yourself, and turn them into a clear view of what worked, what didn't, and what to do next time.

  • Maintain regular reporting on market and campaign performance for the team.

  • Spot trends and issues early — a partner slipping, a category underperforming, a promotion not landing — and flag them with a suggested fix.

Working with partners and teams

  • Communicate with restaurant partners directly — explaining campaigns, getting them on board, and following up on their performance.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Delivery Operations to get campaigns launched on time.

  • Share results and recommendations clearly with the team and with local leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Campaign or promotional operations experience — you've planned and run marketing or commercial campaigns before, ideally in delivery, e-commerce, retail, FMCG or hospitality. You know that most of the work is in the setup and the follow-through.

  • Solid data skills — confident in Excel/Sheets, able to pull a report, work out whether something worked, and explain the numbers in plain language. SQL or BI tools are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • Strong communication skills — you can work with restaurant partners, get people to say yes, chase things without friction, and keep several stakeholders informed at once.

  • Genuine interest in the food delivery business — you're curious about how the industry works, you notice what competitors are doing, and you care about what our restaurant partners and customers actually experience.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — a significant proportion of our Australian restaurant partners and customers operate primarily in Chinese, and this role involves working with them directly.

  • Full working rights in Australia.

  • We're open on years of experience and formal background — what matters is that you can run things, read the numbers, and work well with people.

What we offer

  • A varied, hands-on role where you'll own the campaigns you run from start to finish.

  • Exposure to both sides of a marketplace, and to how a fast-growing business actually operates.

  • Sydney office, five days on-site.
