Fish Window Cleaning of Fort Worth is looking for an outgoing, motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial customer base.

We prefer someone looking for a full-time opportunity, but we're open to part-time arrangements for the right person.

If you enjoy meeting people, working independently, and earning money based on your performance, this could be a great fit.

You'll spend your days visiting local businesses, meeting decision-makers, and introducing our professional window cleaning services.

What You'll Do

• Visit businesses in an assigned territory to introduce our commercial window cleaning services.
• Meet with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities for free window cleaning estimates.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone.
• Develop new commercial accounts.
• Track sales activities and follow up on opportunities.
• Work toward established sales goals.

This is a face-to-face prospecting position. You should enjoy approaching businesses, starting conversations, and building relationships.

Compensation

Our sales compensation plan rewards both prospecting activity and sales results.

• Pay for qualifying estimates generated
• 10% commission on qualifying sales
• Earnings based on activity and performance

Full-time employment is preferred, but we will consider part-time candidates who are a strong fit.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned local sales territory
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
