Job Description

• Interact with executives involved in managing the SME business to report results and discuss operational strategy;
• Analyze sales projections and compare them with targets to evaluate performance;
• Create action plans to address any potential GAPs;
• Monitor and control KPIs for SME business management;
• Prepare executive presentations to demonstrate results;
• Serve as a point of contact for aligning topics with all stakeholders (sales, pre-sales, products, customer success, etc.);
• Maintain contact with the commercial team at all levels, capturing qualitative information to refine commercial planning;

Qualifications

• Strong ability to engage and articulate diverse topics;
• Strong executive communication skills;
• Analytical profile; Knowledge and experience in sales operations and sales planning;
• Knowledge and experience in KPI modeling for sales management;
• Good communication skills adapted to the audience;
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
• Knowledge of English and Salesforce is desirable.
