Job Description
We are looking for a Mid-level Process Improvement Analyst to work on the continuous evolution of commercial processes and the tools that support sales operations. This position will play a fundamental role in identifying improvement opportunities, designing solutions, implementing initiatives, and monitoring results, contributing to a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven operation.
We are looking for someone with an analytical, collaborative, and proactive profile, capable of navigating between business and technology areas, translating operational challenges into solutions that generate real impact for the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Map, document, and review commercial processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, and efficiency gains.
- Conduct analysis of processes, data, and indicators to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
- Act as a focal point between business and technology areas in the implementation and evolution of commercial tools.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for systemic improvements and automations.
- Support projects related to CRM, automation, sales productivity, and digital transformation.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators to measure the impact of implemented initiatives.
- Prepare executive materials, process flows, presentations, and reports for communication with stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in governance, documentation, and adoption of processes and tools.
- Conduct workshops, alignment meetings, and requirement gathering sessions with different areas of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in process improvement, operations, Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Operations, PMO, or related areas.
- Experience in managing or participating in continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
- Knowledge of gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Analytical ability to work with indicators, metrics, and data analysis.
- Intermediate or advanced English
