About the role

From Flexibleos (Nortempo Group), we are looking for a Business Developer at Point of Sale to join our team and contribute to the growth of the company in the field of energy solutions for a leading company in the sector.

The selected person will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, advising customers, and developing commercial relationships, ensuring a service experience aligned with the company's quality and service standards.

What you'll do

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?
Identify and develop commercial opportunities at the point of sale.

Analyze each customer's needs and offer personalized solutions.

Carry out analysis and comparison of invoices and supply conditions (electricity and gas).

Build commercial relationships based on trust and focus on acquiring new customers.

Manage inquiries and objections, providing a professional and solution-oriented response.

Manage contract closing.

Requirements

Previous experience of at least 1 year in commercial positions, customer service, or business development is valued.

Communication, negotiation, and argumentation skills.

Goal and results orientation.

Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills.

Ability to identify needs and propose solutions.

Knowledge or experience in the energy sector is valued.

Training related to sales, communication, marketing, or similar areas is valued.

High level of Catalan and native-level Spanish.

Availability to work rotating shifts.

A driving license and own vehicle will be valued.
