San Diego based commercial property services company seeking an experienced Commercial Property Maintenance Project Manager to join our growing team.
About the Position
This is a field-based role focused on coordinating commercial property repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects for shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and other commercial properties. Rather than managing large-scale construction projects, you'll oversee multiple service jobs, coordinate subcontractors, build relationships with property managers, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and manage multiple commercial property repair, maintenance, and small improvement projects from initial site visit through completion.
- Visit commercial properties throughout San Diego County to assess project needs and develop scopes of work.
- Prepare estimates, material lists, and project proposals.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and materials to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Conduct site visits throughout each project to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with property managers through proactive communication and dependable follow-through.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and timelines while managing multiple active jobs simultaneously.
- Identify issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using company software.
- Assist with field troubleshooting and minor repairs when needed.
- Professionally represent LOT Commercial Property Services with clients, tenants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends to respond to urgent client property service needs.
