[Manage the full RFQ cycle: intake, complexity assessment, internal allocation, quotation] [Manage the daily workload distribution across the quotation team] [Maintain and improve the quality of quotations including reduction of duplicate system entries ] [Ensure data integrity within the RFQ process and for analysis] Identify, propose, and realise process improvements, including standardization and automation Lead a team of approximately 8 FTEs, including part time staff, which may be located in different locations within the Nedschroef entities.
