Voit Real Estate Services is currently seeking to add a talented professional associate
to our Tenant Representation team. This entry level position is an excellent stepping stone into a lucrative commercial real estate brokerage career.
As an associate team member you will be assisting a Sr. Vice President, Partner
in our Tenant Representation division. The primary function will be to assist
in business development and transactional work which includes the maintenance
and enhancement of a proprietary tenant database of contact decision-makers
with various corporations.
The position involves use of a computer and extensive lead generation and
excellent phone skills. The right candidate will be dealing with corporate executives
on a daily basis and must have excellent communication skills, the ability to
think on their feet and be detailed-oriented. This is a full-time position with
a competitive base salary plus additional compensation/bonus which are
merit-based and vary according to performance. This entry level position is
a stepping stone to a lucrative commercial real estate brokerage career with a
typical timeline in this role of 2 to 3 years and advancement assessed on an
on-going basis.

individuals who are team players, driven and have the intensity to meet the
goals and objectives of the company. Existing sales experience and a California real estate license is a benefit however applicants need not be licensed real estate salespeople as the company will assist with
the licensing process.
Qualified individuals would have some sales skills and have the desire and intensity to succeed. In addition individuals should possess strong people skills and also a plus if you are from the San Diego area.
