As our Commercial Sales Representative, you'll earn a competitive base salary of $40,000-$45,000 per year, plus uncapped performance incentives, giving high achievers the opportunity to maximize their earnings. THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled within normal business hours, including some Saturdays and occasional overnight travel based on territory needs.

In this role, you'll take ownership of a high-potential territory, building relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing facilities, healthcare organizations, school districts, municipal departments, agricultural operations, and fleet businesses. You'll identify opportunities, present customized solutions from our extensive catalog of batteries, lighting products, and power solutions, and develop long-term partnerships that drive territory growth. You'll also manage your sales pipeline, coordinate with local Batteries Plus teams to ensure outstanding customer support, and travel throughout the region to maximize business opportunities and close new accounts.

OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Georgia driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• 1+ years of verifiable success in B2B sales, outside sales, route sales, or commercial prospecting
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 100 lbs. unassisted
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, including 1-2 overnight stays as needed
• Familiarity with Macon, Warner Robins, Covington, and surrounding Middle Georgia markets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

An associate's or bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
