Commercial Sales Representative - South Florida

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a motivated and driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing South Florida team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, passionate building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service, and helping them find the right solutions for their pest control needs.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new commercial accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you. If you're competitive, self-motivated, highly coachable, and thrive in a performance-based environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate products and service features/advantages/benefits and identify customer’s needs and expectations
- Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have continued contact with follow-up phone calls and or visits as needed
- Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities particularly with Add-On Sales with products and services
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business
- Meet or exceed established sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information within CRM systems
