We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service that ensures comfort, safety, and efficiency for our commercial clients.

As a Commercial Service Technician, you will work directly with customers, facility managers, and property teams to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and perform preventive maintenance. This position requires thorough knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Competitive pay: $30 - $40/hr (DOE) plus commission

What You'll Do
Service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and package units
Perform preventive maintenance to keep client systems operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations
Accurately identify system issues and deliver effective, long-term solutions with confidence and clarity
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and facility managers, building trust while explaining system issues and proposed solutions
Provide accurate estimates and discuss repair and replacement options with customers
Document services performed with accuracy, supporting transparency and internal accountability
Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and keep truck inventory stocked
Adhere strictly to safety standards, company protocols, and regulatory requirements on every job
Stay current with HVAC technologies and best practices through ongoing training

What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of commercial HVAC service, diagnostic, and repair experience
EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications a plus
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with rooftop units and commercial controls preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
Professional communication and a customer-first mindset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
ServiceTitan experience a plus
