Summary

Install large commercial solar systems (10kW–1MW) on business facilities across Texas, performing physical rooftop and electrical work in outdoor conditions.

Go Big. Commercial Solar Installer Wanted.

Austin, TX | Full-Time | Hourly Non-Exempt

Residential rooftops are one thing. This is something else entirely.

Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company. On the commercial side, we're installing 10kW to 1MW solar systems on businesses, campuses, and facilities that power real communities. We call it Energy Empowerment — and as a Commercial Solar Installer, you're the crew member who makes it happen at scale.

If you've got construction, electrical, or solar experience and you're ready to level up to commercial work, this is your shot. You'll join a tight crew tackling large-scale installations across Texas — the kind of projects that turn heads, move fast, and demand your best every single day. Hard workers who take pride in their craft and show up as team players thrive here. If that's you, we want to talk.

Competitive pay with performance bonuses on top.
