We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of Supplier Funding operational processes and systems, and a track record of driving process improvement, simplification and operational efficiency. You must be comfortable using and understanding the technical systems that support Supplier Funding, including how they integrate and work together across the end-to-end process.

You will have experience working across end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and delivering initiatives that create measurable commercial value.

You'll be comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing across multiple business functions. Experience partnering with Commercial, Finance, Technology and external suppliers would be highly beneficial, as you'll be required to balance business priorities, challenge existing processes and drive alignment to deliver successful outcomes.

You will be a highly collaborative and commercially minded individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement. You will have the ability to analyse complex processes, identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions that deliver benefits for both the business and its stakeholders.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. You will be confident engaging with colleagues at all levels, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions through data, insight and a clear understanding of business priorities.
