• You assist with mise en place, food preparation, stock rotation and the daily running of your section. 🥕🔪
• You help ensure quality standards are maintained, keep workstations clean and organised, and support your team during service. 🧽🍽️
• You respect hygiene and food safety standards and take care of all kitchen equipment as if it were your own. ⚙️✅
