Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking signature crab dishes to maintain quality and consistency
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization by following hygiene and safety standards
- Prepare ingredients accurately, manage proper storage, and oversee kitchen inventory levels
- Support the culinary team during service to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely food delivery
- Participate actively in training sessions to improve culinary techniques and knowledge
Required competencies and certifications
- Basic culinary training or demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a culinary career
- Ability to follow directions from experienced chefs and adapt to kitchen workflows
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and kitchen management
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Passion for cooking and specific interest in crab cuisine
