Commis Chef

An upcoming five-star restaurant located in Victoria Island, Lagos (facility currently under construction) is seeking passionate, skilled, and experienced culinary professionals to join its kitchen team.

Position: Commis Chef
Salary: ₦300,000/Month

Requirements:

• Experience: Relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, or professional kitchen environment (experience requirements depend on the position)
• Culinary Skills: Strong knowledge of local, continental, and international cuisines
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of food preparation, menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management
• Leadership: Ability to work independently, manage kitchen teams, and perform effectively under pressure, particularly for senior positions
• Professionalism: Must be organised, creative, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Education: Culinary certification or professional training is an added advantage
