- Servire cibi e bevande con cura, attenzione ai dettagli e alla presentazione.
- Supportare la preparazione del servizio e assicurarsi che tutti gli ambienti siano sempre ordinati, puliti e presentati al meglio.
- Collaborare alla preparazione di tutta la mise-en-place necessaria per il servizio.
- Mantenere pulite le aree assegnate, seguendo le procedure aziendali, le routine di apertura e chiusura e gli standard di igiene previsti.
- Ascoltare con attenzione le esigenze degli ospiti, comprendere eventuali problematiche e contribuire a trovare soluzioni efficaci.
- Collaborare con il resto del team per garantire un servizio fluido, efficiente e in linea con gli standard della struttura.
- Rispettare gli standard, le procedure e i regolamenti Aethos, contribuendo a mantenere un ambiente di lavoro sicuro ed efficiente.
Requisiti
- Forte passione per il mondo dell’hospitality e naturale predisposizione all’accoglienza.
- Personalità solare, autentica, disponibile e orientata all’ospite.
- Ottime capacità di ascolto e comunicazione.
- Flessibilità negli orari di lavoro: il ruolo può prevedere turni prolungati e regolare presenza durante eventi e servizi serali.
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra in un ambiente dinamico e con ritmi elevati.
- Attitudine proattiva, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla qualità.
- Disponibilità e affidabilità nel rispetto della programmazione dei turni e delle esigenze operative della struttura.
- Capacità di individuare eventuali problematiche e contribuire attivamente alla loro risoluzione.
