Commis Pastry chef - Cashel Palace Hotel

Cashel Palace Hotel — a five-star boutique property— is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pastry section.

The role:
Working within our pastry team, you'll be responsible for the plating and finishing of desserts to the exacting standard our guests expect, working closely with our senior pastry chefs during busy lunch and dinner service.

What we're looking for:

• Previous kitchen experience, ideally within pastry or a similarly detail-focused section
• A steady hand and strong attention to presentation
• Ability to work calmly and consistently under pressure during service
• A team player who takes pride in consistency and finish
