Commission sales representative
The Sales Representative (SR) is responsible for bringing web design jobs for the profitable achievement of sales targets and revenue targets as agreed with client and company. The SR is responsible for their own sales conversion productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on results.
It is vital for the SR to possess good knowledge of standard sales methods & techniques relevant to web design sales. This person will report to the Sales Manager.
As the position is for sales driven individuals, the SR is responsible for achieving sales targets for Alpha Media in order to increase their earning potential through commissions
Additional activities will include involvement in pre-awareness campaigns to new customers; ensuring that customers are made aware of features, benefits, competitive advantages and applications of the relevant products.
Responsibilities of this position are to achieve sales targets. The Field Sales Representative will achieve this through appointments cold calling. It will be vital for the Field Sales Representative to possess good knowledge of standard sales methods & techniques relevant to client’s product line.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in cellular, internet or fibre
- Minimum of 1 year’s target driven sales experience
- Must have a Smartphone that is in good working condition
- Must have experience in interacting and reporting
- Experience in working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated skills and experience in sales required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as computer entry and/or typing skills are required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Evidence of experience working independently, with little or no supervision
