Commission Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commission Specialist who can handle Fast Paced, Commission Calculation. Candidates who are good and comfortable with numbers and can stand firm is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Commission calculation, payroll (Priority)

• Be a main point of contact for staff, respond to them on time.
• Work as a Team Member by sharing timely information to ensure smooth HR processes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with INFOTECH HRMS/Payroll Software will be given priority
• Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices
• Able to work fast and accurately
• Focused, Organized and meticulous with numbers
• Ability to work independently
• At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Not a job-hopper
• Heads up, we are a busy department: )
