Location: Singapore (Travel to Malaysia as required)

About the Role

We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical and HVAC systems for engineering projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commissioning activities from pre-commissioning to final handover.
  • Commission and troubleshoot HV/LV electrical systems, switchboards, transformers, generators, and HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare commissioning plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Conduct testing, inspections, risk assessments, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore EMA regulations, HSE requirements, and project specifications.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Valid Singapore EMA electrical qualification where applicable.
  • Experience commissioning or installing electrical and/or HVAC systems.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Willing to travel to Malaysia and work at project sites.

Preferred: Experience with data centres, industrial facilities, or large commercial projects, along with strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and subcontractor coordination skills.
