As a Commissioning and Test Engineer, you will work with state-of-the-art solutions, including hybrid, electric, and diesel power systems. You will be involved in the entire machine lifecycle—from the initial order and a 6-month build phase to final testing and global commissioning. What are your key responsibilities:

Comprehensive Commissioning & Testing: Conducting final tests and technical commissioning of machines both at the plant and at customer sites.

PLC Programming & Diagnostics: Working with PLC controllers (Omron, Siemens) primarily using ladder logic, and diagnosing complex machine architectures.

Project Involvement: Collaborating on orders from the very beginning (approx. 6-month cycle) to ensure technical excellence.

Engineering Support: During non-travel periods, performing duties within the production engineering scope at the Stargard plant.

Global Mobility: Performing on-site tasks for international customers.

What you bring to the role:

Education & Certifications: Technical degree (Electrical, Automation, or similar) and SEP up to 1kV certification.

PLC Experience: Practical knowledge of PLC programming (Omron/Siemens preferred).

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings and perform machine diagnostics.

Language Skills: English proficiency at a minimum B1 level for technical communication.

Mindset & Availability: Openness to professional development, readiness for regular international travel, and the ability to work in challenging environmental conditions.

Nice to have: UDT certification for operating basket lifts (cherry pickers).
