Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team in the biopharma and pharmaceutical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular process systems and will be responsible for supervising the commissioning of various systems, including bioreactors and CIP/SIP skids. This role requires a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as operational qualification processes. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the commissioning of modular process systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commissioning plans and protocols. - Prepare and review commissioning reports and test records to document system performance and compliance. - Conduct operational qualification (OQ) and ensure that all systems meet the required specifications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the commissioning phase to resolve any issues that arise. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in commissioning processes. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of modular process systems and their application in biopharma and pharmaceutical industries. - Experience in supervising commissioning activities, particularly with bioreactors and CIP/SIP skids. - Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems relevant to commissioning. - Familiarity with operational qualification (OQ) and engineering installation qualification (EIA) processes. - Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to prepare commissioning reports and test records. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
