Commissioning Manager in EC1

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of a major M&E package across two plots comprising 345 apartments, S&C distribution, amenity areas and office spaces. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the overall M&E commissioning process from planning through to completion and handover. * Coordinate and manage commissioning activities across mechanical and electrical systems. * Manage commissioning documentation, QA processes and witnessing requirements. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives. * Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure commissioning programmes are maintained. * Report commissioning progress, risks and issues to the Senior Project Managers. * Ensure all systems are fully tested, commissioned and handed over in accordance with project requirements. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale M&E projects. * Strong mechanical bias with a good understanding of wider M&E systems. * Experience managing commissioning, witnessing and QA processes. * Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills. * Experience within residential, commercial or large-scale construction projects is desirable
