Commissioning Manager (m/f/d)
Limited Contract: 36 Months
YOUR Mission:
- Oversee commissioning activities in accordance with DIV01 requirements, SLAs, safety protocols, HSE Assurance Plans and Global Construction Safety Standards
- Develop commissioning procedures and standards; manage test scripts, scheduling, coordination, execution and documentation through Commissioning Agents (CxAs)
- Conduct site inspections, review QA/QC processes, monitor critical tests at Commissioning Levels 2–5 and verify systems function per Basis of Design and Contract Documents
- Manage the Issue Resolution Log (IRL), utilize the Commissioning Management System and ensure timely closure of defects during Operations handover
- Monitor RFIs and submittals, coordinate with Commissioning Agents to observe, document performance and support timely responses
- Coordinate commissioning meetings with vendors, manage client representatives on scope and schedule alignment and attend Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings
- Prepare regular progress reports on scope, schedule, budget, and KPI metrics, travel for factory witness testing and report on risks and delays
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Associate in Engineering Technology, or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years' experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, commissioning and project management
- Deep knowledge of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and critical mechanical systems
- Ability to develop Commissioning Scripts and manage complex commissioning processes using ACxMS
- Strong issue identification and resolution management skills, construction QA/QC expertise
- Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
