Job Description
- Develop and execute long-term commodity strategies for OEM systems
- Lead sourcing initiatives and optimize supplier portfolios
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance processes
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and capacity commitments
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective action plans
- Drive cost competitiveness, risk mitigation and supply continuity initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, quality and product teams on future technology requirements
- Lead capacity planning and supply base optimization programs
- Track and improve key supplier performance indicators
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5+ years of commodity management, strategic sourcing or procurement experience
- Experience managing OEM manufacturing suppliers and commercial agreements
- Strong supplier governance and negotiation capabilities
- Proven track record in developing sourcing and commodity strategies
- Experience working within complex global organizations
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
