We're looking for an experienced Service Captain to lead by example, support the service team, and ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding experience.

⏰ Working Schedule
- 44 hours per week
- 5-day work week
🌟 What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the service team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Create memorable dining experiences through warm, attentive, and professional hospitality.
- Recommend food, specialty coffee, wines, and beverages confidently to guests.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure seamless service.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards at all times.
- Assist in training new team members and foster a positive team culture.
👤 What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and enjoys working in a dynamic team.
