As part of our growth globally and in Spain, we are looking for a Communication and Events Manager located in Madrid to join the Marketing team.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the corporate communication strategy for Prodware Spain.
• Lead the creation of content for campaigns, web, social media, media, and internal communication.
• Design and coordinate events, webinars, roundtables, and participation in industry conferences.
• Manage relationships with media, agencies, partners, associations, and spokespeople.
• Coordinate suppliers, budgets, production, and logistics, guaranteeing quality and compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and business experts to strengthen brand positioning and support the generation of commercial opportunities.

What we're looking for

• More than 10 years of experience in corporate communication, content, and B2B events.
• Consolidated experience in technology, consulting, or software companies.
• Ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution.
• Excellent writing level and skills to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets, and communication plans.
• Interest in technology, AI, and digital transformation.

Languages: Professional level English.
