Communication Executive (3 days work)

Contract: 12months
Salary: Up to $3000 per month
Location: Pioneer
Working hour: Mondays , Wednesday and Thursdays (8.30am to 5.45pm)

• Develop, translate and adapt English communications into engaging Chinese content tailored for different audiences.
• Plan, write and produce the Chinese monthly alumni e-newsletter.
• Create and manage Chinese content across digital platforms, including the website, email, WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
• Manage the University's presence on Chinese digital platforms, including content planning, publishing schedules and platform administration.
• Monitor engagement and performance across Chinese digital channels, analyse audience insights and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement and community growth.
• Keep abreast of trends, features and best practices on Chinese social media platforms, and propose creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Edit and proofread Chinese communication materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure timely delivery of communications.
• Support communications for alumni events, including invitations, promotional materials and post-event stories.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style and brand identity across all Chinese communications
• Support other communications and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate communications, content marketing or digital communications.
• Experience managing digital platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
• Good understanding of China's digital ecosystem, social media trends and audience behaviour.
