About the Role
Rome Business School Nigeria is seeking a strategic and creative Communication Specialist to drive corporate communications, public relations, branding, content development, and social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication and PR strategies.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and reputation management.
- Lead social media content and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create articles, newsletters, success stories, website content, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Support communication for events, partnerships, and institutional initiatives.
- Track communication performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Communications, PR, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
- Strong writing, storytelling, media relations, and social media management skills.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in higher education or professional services is an added advantage.
