Communications Designer & Multimedia Producer

Department: Communications
Reports To: Director of Communications

Position Summary

The Communications Designer & Multimedia Producer develops and executes internal and external communications through graphic design, branded content, social media, written content development, video and multimedia production, employee communications, recruiting materials, event support, and digital content management.

This role is responsible for producing creative materials that support agency initiatives while maintaining brand consistency across communication channels. The position works closely with the Director of Communications and internal departments to develop visual and written content that is clear, professional, and aligned with agency standards.

The role also works directly with internal stakeholders to understand the audience, objective, and underlying communications need; gather and synthesize information from conversations and source materials; and determine the appropriate creative solution.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, collaborative, curious, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple projects while building productive working relationships with employees across different roles, personalities, and communication styles.

This role is intended to be an experienced, hands-on creative communications position rather than a senior strategist or entry-level coordinator. The Director of Communications retains responsibility for communications strategy, while this position is expected to independently own a meaningful portion of creative and multimedia execution and work directly with internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
