Salary: $3,000/month (before CPF) + Pro-rated 1-month completion bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Communications, Engagement & Partnerships Officer to join a government-affiliated organization on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will support communications and engagement initiatives by creating digital content, managing social media platforms, and assisting with outreach campaigns that promote community engagement and public awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging digital content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Design marketing and promotional materials such as infographics, posters, and videos to support outreach and educational initiatives.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing social media campaigns and engagement activities.
- Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement metrics and preparing basic campaign reports.
- Support the maintenance of communication channels, including messaging platforms and email newsletters.
- Provide administrative support for communications and engagement projects as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related discipline preferred.
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut Pro.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
