Communications Executive – Real Estate and Investor Relations

Creates and distributes investor-facing content and coordinates events for a Singapore-based real estate developer, ensuring consistent brand messaging across press, social media, and presentations.
About the Role
Key responsibilities:
● Develop and produce content – press materials, investor-facing updates, website copy, presentations, social media and thought leadership– that communicates Charming Land's progress, vision and credibility to external audiences.
● Support the coordination of investor and partner-facing events, site visits, and press engagements.
● Partner with leadership to shape messaging and narrative direction around major milestones (government approvals, partnership announcements, construction progress, capital raises).
● Maintain consistency of voice and brand across Charming Land's external communications channels, in coordination with CMIA's broader investor relations network.
● Track regional real estate, infrastructure and investment news relevant to Vietnam to help inform messaging and identify opportunities to position the project.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders (leadership, legal, project teams) and external partners (PR agencies, media, designers) to produce polished, accurate deliverables under tight timelines.
Ideal background:
● Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale development communications is strongly preferred – you understand how to make a master-planned township story land with an investor or government audience.
The Successful Candidate:
● At least 2 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, investor communications, content/copywriting or related fields.
● Strong writing, editing and content coordination skills, able to turn technical or commercial detail into clear, persuasive narrative.
● Experience managing communications channels such as company websites, LinkedIn, newsletters or press platforms.
● Good coordination skills, with the ability to support events, stakeholder engagements and cross-functional projects.
● Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks across a regional APAC environment.
● International work or academic experience is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus
