Communications Manager

Responsibilities:
Job Description: • Manage projects and editorial calendar in Wrike project management SAAS software • Lead in the pre-production and delivery of remote (e.g. Zoom) and on-set production of corporate video content for internal distribution.

• Facilitate all projects at the direction of the Marketing Communications Sr. Manager & Head of Internal Communications

• Maintain and enhance the Multimedia team’s presence on the corporate intranet.

• Possible overtime and/or travel may be requested. Skills & Requirements:

• Project Administration via Wrike project management SAAS software

o Manage in-coming project requests o Allocate team resources on projects

o Manage multiple, simultaneous projects

• Manage interns and vendors

• Manage the Editorial Calendar via Wrike

• Expert knowledge of Zoom webinars and Zoom administration

• Drive production schedule of weekly broadcast (Monday Meeting) and produce the broadcast both via Zoom and in-studio (when applicable).

• Pre-production of video projects including scheduling, communications, logistics and budgeting

• Professional verbal and written communications skills, including with C-level Executives and clients

• Assist in tracking budget for large internal conferences • Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office 365, specifically Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Video production experience (pre- through post-) is a plus
