Communications & Marketing Coordinator (IN OFFICE)

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

We’re looking for a Communications & Marketing Coordinator who is a strong writer, naturally curious, organized, and excited to get involved in different areas of marketing.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and marketing team to support client projects, campaigns, research, content, advertising, events, and agency initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a well-rounded marketing skill set rather than specialize in just one area.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Researching clients, industries, audiences, competitors, and market trends

  • Helping develop marketing and advertising campaigns

  • Writing and editing copy for websites, social media, blogs, emails, advertisements, and other materials

  • Supporting digital and traditional advertising campaigns

  • Monitoring campaign performance and helping track results

  • Assisting with social media and digital marketing initiatives

  • Supporting client events, agency events, and marketing activations

  • Assisting with video and creative production

  • Helping develop presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

  • Communicating with clients, vendors, media outlets, and partners

  • Staying up to date on marketing, media, technology, and industry trends

  • Contributing ideas and helping the team find creative solutions for clients

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy writing and have strong communication skills

  • Have an interest in marketing, advertising, communications, media, or creative work

  • Are organized and comfortable managing multiple projects

  • Pay attention to details but can also see the bigger picture

  • Are comfortable researching and learning new topics quickly

  • Take initiative and don't always need to be told what to do next

  • Enjoy working with different types of people and personalities

  • Are comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • Can turn ideas into action and aren't afraid to ask questions

  • Have a positive, team-oriented attitude

Experience with the following is a plus, but not required:

  • Copywriting or blog writing

  • Social media management

  • Digital advertising/PPC

  • SEO

  • Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or Google Tag Manager

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Video production or editing

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
