Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location: Falls Church, VA — on-site in our Falls Church office, offering close collaboration with attorneys and direct interaction with clients.
Note: Active Virginia or Maryland bar admissions are required, along with 1+ year of litigation experience. D.C. bar admission is a plus.

Job Description
- Represent community associations and common interest communities in litigation and general legal matters.
- Manage assigned matters from initial assessment through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop practical, effective litigation strategies.
- Participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on substantive and complex matters.
- Take increasing ownership of cases while developing courtroom and client-management skills.
- Help clients navigate disputes and legal issues with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia or Maryland bar admission required.
- 1+ year of litigation experience required.
- Community association, HOA, condominium, real estate, property, or related litigation experience is highly valued.
- Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
- Self-directed, motivated, and eager to gain meaningful courtroom exposure.
- Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus.
- D.C. bar admission is a plus.
