We're looking for a Community Engagement Marketing Coordinator to help connect global social media strategies with local audiences across EMEA. This role combines content publishing, community engagement, localization, and stakeholder coordination to ensure social experiences are relevant, compliant, and impactful.

Responsibilities

Manage the publication and optimization of social media content, ensuring compliance with brand, accessibility, security, and platform standards.

Foster community engagement by monitoring conversations, responding to audience interactions, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Microsoft's social presence.

Coordinate with marketing, communications, and social media stakeholders to support campaigns, programs, and ad hoc social initiatives.

Review, adapt, and localize social content to ensure cultural relevance, language accuracy, and resonance with local audiences.

Support the planning and execution of social media activities around campaigns, cultural moments, and events, including real-time engagement and post-event reporting.

Leverage social listening insights, performance learnings, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and audience growth.

Contribute to the management and optimization of social media ecosystems, helping ensure channels remain relevant, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields, including exposure to content and/or community engagement activities.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content publishing workflows, and online community management.

Tools: Experience with social media management platforms; knowledge of Sprinklr is a plus.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within established processes and governance frameworks.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders across international teams.

Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital culture, social trends, and audience engagement.

Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required.
