Community & Family Support Associate
Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the holistic well-being and development of beneficiaries within the community. The associate will collaborate closely with the welfare committee to conduct home visits, assess needs, and support targeted interventions. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with various community stakeholders to promote collaboration, trust, and sustainable impact. This position plays a critical role in strengthening community ties and advancing program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the welfare committee to conduct regular home visits and assess beneficiary needs.
- Engage parents and guardians on beneficiary progress, development, and program involvement.
- Lead community engagement initiatives to promote awareness, participation, and inclusion.
- Oversee and support the general welfare of beneficiaries through proactive monitoring and support.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with community stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
